Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct financial audits and ensure internal controls
- Develop tax strategies and coordinate with external auditors
- Maintain financial databases and reporting systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
