Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Oversee full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, GL, and payroll processing
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with auditors during external examinations
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and SEC filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax codes, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
