Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the AP workflow using industry-standard ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in account reconciliations.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
