Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.
- Assist with payroll processing and preparation of quarterly tax documents.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation, including invoices and receipts.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and general ledger updates.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus but not required.
