Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with high accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and organize financial records and digital filing systems.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (SOPs).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
