Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and accurate data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices in a timely manner.
- Generate basic financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax documents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables helpful).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
