Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle for 200+ vendors
- Process 500+ invoices weekly with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct 3-way matching and PO validation for high-volume transactions
- Optimize payment terms and early payment discounts
- Lead month-end closing with AP reconciliations
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with global procurement teams on vendor management
Qualifications
- 5+ years accounts payable experience with high-volume processing
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- AP certification (CAPP or similar) preferred
- Experience with daily pay or fintech integration
- Strong analytical skills with financial reporting background
- Remote work proficiency with communication tools
