Responsibilities

- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives across departments
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements

- Maintain accurate fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Support external audit processes and tax compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite)
