Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process payroll for weekend staff and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls for weekend operations
- Assist with budget forecasting and variance analysis for departmental needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance standards
