Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Lead internal audits and regulatory reporting initiatives
- Develop financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain and optimize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on strategic financial planning
- Mentor junior accountants on GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in public accounting or corporate finance
