Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile monthly financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor relationships
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for departmental reviews
- Support month-end closing processes and audit preparations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify discrepancies
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
