Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 15+ clients
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Lead tax preparation coordination with external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Expertise in GAAP and multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with audit preparation and documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities
