Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance documentation
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks/ERP systems
