Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and supporting documentation.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
