Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance explanations
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement internal controls to strengthen financial governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and financial modeling
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes to optimize cash flow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and audits
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication for stakeholder reporting
