Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis and variance analysis to explain variances between actual and budgeted figures.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts for departmental planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial viability of new projects and initiatives.
- Identify key business drivers and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Maintain and update financial models and dashboards using advanced Excel and BI tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and company financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CFA or CPA designation is a plus but not required.
