Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance trends, variance reporting, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for cost optimization and process improvement
- Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance enhancement
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
