Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including variance analysis and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
