Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasting tools to support budgeting and long-term planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met.
- Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros).
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
