Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ corporate clients including AR/AP, payroll, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with variance reporting for executive leadership
- Lead tax preparation and compliance for S-Corps and partnerships
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online for new client onboarding
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public practice
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of CA tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fresno Valley industry experience highly desirable
