Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage and optimize financial reporting systems for 50+ corporate clients
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Mentor junior accountants and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with Big 4 or mid-tier firm
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
- Proven expertise in tax preparation and auditing procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Active CPA license required
