Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (NYSDOL, IRS)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within SLAs
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping system audits
- Maintain confidential employee records per SOX requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with NY wage laws and FLSA compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines with precision
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
