Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and ensure tax compliance for all jurisdictions.
- Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and records for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
