Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and month-end close procedures
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Lead tax preparation and filing for corporate entities
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budget planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
