Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust financial controls
- Lead audit preparations and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory compliance
- Prepare detailed budget forecasts and variance analysis for executive review
- Optimize accounting workflows through process automation and technology integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
