Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 portfolio clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Coordinate tax compliance and filing processes
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with audit teams during examinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA license with 3+ years public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance preferred
