- Conduct comprehensive audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Develop and implement efficient accounting workflows using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive decision-making
- Lead tax preparation and compliance initiatives for corporate clients
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software platforms
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects under deadlines
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Active CPA license required
