Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance
- Conduct audits and implement internal controls for financial accuracy
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business growth
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and strategic financial planning
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and evolving tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong audit and internal control implementation experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail
- Valid Arizona CPA license required
