Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Collaborate with audit teams and support tax preparation processes
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Provide strategic financial insights to support client decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or tech industry
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (NetSuite ideal)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
