Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial decision-making
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow management
- Prepare and analyze variance reports to identify financial trends and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience a plus)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing month-end closing processes and reconciliations
