Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize working capital
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards
- Lead internal audit coordination and external audit support
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge and pivot tables
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects and deadlines
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
