- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage weekend payment runs and check releases
- Collaborate with procurement on invoice verification
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Optimize AP processes using ERP systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills with advanced formula knowledge
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
- Experience with 3-way matching and audits
