Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial data entry and document preparation.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Support the senior accounting team in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in the processing of invoices and expense reports.
- Conduct routine audits of account ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to obtain a relevant certification (e.g., Bookkeeping, QuickBooks) upon employment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
