Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide financial forecasting support to senior management.
- Maintain a clean and organized general ledger, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and secure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal audits and special financial projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
