Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal, and state regulations.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and asset management.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation filings.
- Streamline financial processes and improve internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero; advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the tech sector is a plus.
