In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will lead month-end close activities, manage complex reconciliations, and mentor junior staff members.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank accounts, credit cards, and inter-company transactions.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation and perform variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and assist with external audits.
- Streamline accounting workflows and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; Master’s degree (CPA/MBA) preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
