Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close procedures and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic financial planning initiatives
- Maintain meticulous documentation for audit trails and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
