Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and GL reconciliation
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Optimize accounting processes using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in tech/startups
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and SOX requirements
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
