Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliation
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Lead special projects as assigned by Finance leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with remote work tools and systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
