Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and compliance audits
- Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven experience with financial reporting and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience in manufacturing or real estate accounting a plus
