Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes across 15+ client entities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with SOX compliance
- Lead budget forecasting and variance reporting for executive leadership
- Optimize accounting workflows using Oracle NetSuite ERP
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants during quarterly reviews
- Collaborate with tax specialists on compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Solid understanding of GAAP and multi-state tax regulations
- Proven experience with ERP implementations (Oracle NetSuite ideal)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
