- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to GAAP and IRS regulations
- Develop financial forecasting models and budgeting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
