Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for accounting documents
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries
- Support audit preparation by providing documentation and financial records
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) to record transactions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
