Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance and reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with strict accuracy
- Develop and maintain financial reporting packages for executive leadership
- Analyze budget variances and provide actionable financial insights
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven experience with month-end closing and financial reporting
