Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead accounts reconciliation processes for multi-entity portfolios with high transaction volumes
- Develop and implement financial controls to optimize cash flow and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial planning initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Enterprise and advanced Excel modeling
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end close, reconciliation, and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax compliance, and internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex financial data
