Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct complex financial analysis and variance reporting
- Oversee audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Develop process improvements for financial workflows
- Mentor junior accounting staff
- Collaborate with FP&A on forecasting and budgeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
