- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor contracts and payment terms
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support month-end closing and financial audits
- Manage vendor inquiries and relationship maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of high-volume AP processing experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP proficiency required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
