Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-entity portfolios
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop cash flow forecasting models and variance analysis
- Advise clients on tax optimization strategies and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expertise in GAAP standards and tax regulations (CA focus)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven track record of managing client relationships
