Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-corporate entities and intercompany transactions
- Lead financial audits, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and SOX regulations
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks

Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Proven expertise in UK GAAP, IFRS, and corporate tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Microsoft Excel (VBA/macros)
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-currency operations and consolidations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
