Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Manage complex month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and intercompany transactions
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial operations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Lead process improvements for accounting workflows
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
